Join us at the Assembly Rooms for Edinburgh’s only independent spring wine festival – Edinburgh Uncorked – a celebration of wines from all over the world. Hosted by Wine Events Scotland’s Diana Thompson and featuring 2026 special guest Joe Wadsack, this event offers a unique chance to discover great wines at great prices!
Our Story
Based in Edinburgh, award winning Wine Events Scotland organises numerous different styles of wine tastings, wine festivals for wine lovers and the trade. The company is owned and managed exclusively by Diana Thompson who has over 30 years’ experience within the wine and hospitality industry.
